The Spanish footwear model Camper has made its first majority funding, buying a 60 p.c stake in Historic Greek Sandals, whose co-founders Nikolas Minoglou and Christina Martini and co-owner Yiannis Vagenas will retain the remaining 40 p.c stake. Historic Greek Sandals will proceed to function as an unbiased model, with Minoglou, Martini and Vagenas remaining of their respective roles as CEO, artistic director and chief model and advertising and marketing officer.
